To not have control signifies not being able to predict the results or outcome.  For most people, the majority of your desires in life are based on results. If the majority of everything we do is founded on results and results are founded on control, you can begin to understand that loss of control can hinder everything from motivation, meaning, and the possibility or success in every aspect of life.

When we say you are not alone, this is the one category where we can document that everyone's level of control is relevant and that nobody is truly in control. That is not to suggest that you can not control anything. Matter of fact, there are many facets of yourself and life that you can control that will make a profound impact on everything you do and the results of all of your desires.
