It has been estimated that over 60% of Americans are over-all unhappy and 85% are unhappy for at least one hour per day one day per week. The amount of time that you find yourself in this state of emotion is how it appears the medical profession defines the severity of your unhappiness but we believe that the reasons you are in this state of emotion and your coping mechanisms is by far the most relevant.  

You Have Options

Option One: You could continue life as is, just as you have in the past and continue experiencing unhappiness as you do now, a scenario that certainly can get worse such as depression and further loss of control of your life, a scenario that is likely responsible in part for many other negative aspects of your life.

Option Two: You can decide right now that the desire for change is far greater than all of the things holding you back. Decide right now that if there is a way, you are ready for a new beginning, A beginning with a happiness.
